What happens on the call
We read your PIF before the call
Your answers and the link to your PIF let us prepare, so the call is spent on your document.
We go through the 18 checks with you
Identity and registration, capacity, fit and presentation, on screen and check by check, with the official rule behind each one.
You leave with concrete improvements
The changes that matter most for the programme you apply to, in order, each one something you can act on straight away.
You get the notes in writing
After the call we send you what we found, check by check, so nothing depends on memory.
You can read the 18 checks before the call.

Project managers, international coordinators and directors who prepare their organisation’s PIF, at associations and NGOs, schools and universities, training centres, youth organisations, companies, local authorities, research centres and cultural organisations. It works the same whether you join projects as a partner or coordinate them, and whichever EU programme you apply to.
The review covers your PIF. It does not cover your project application, and no one can promise that a coordinator or an evaluator will choose you.
One review per organisation
Each organisation can have one free review, of one PIF. If yours has already had one, we will let you know by email.
