What the checklist covers

  • The 2026 cap on Small-scale Partnership applications one OID can be in per deadline (5, where the 2025 KA210-YOU form allowed 10), and the email that tells you when yours reaches it.
  • What the Programme Guide says an applicant needs from you before your OID goes into their application.
  • Where to copy your legal name from, so it matches what the application form fills in by itself.
  • The six columns the CERV form uses for previous projects, which give you one table to draw from for every call.
  • What the 2026 Erasmus+ forms dropped from the partner section, and where your organisation’s story has to go instead.
  • Why saying plainly that you are new to Erasmus+ can count in your favour in KA210 and KA220.
