1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using myPIF, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our platform. These terms apply to all users, visitors, and others who access or use the service.

2. Description of Service

myPIF is a platform that helps organizations create, manage, and share Partner Identification Forms (PIFs) for EU funding programmes such as Erasmus+, Horizon Europe, Creative Europe, and the LIFE Programme. We provide tools for document generation, management, and export.

3. User Accounts

  • You must sign in using a valid Google account to access certain features
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You may not use another person's account without permission
  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all PIF documents and data you create on our platform. By using myPIF, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you upload.

5. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Do not upload malicious files or content
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Do not interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Do not impersonate other users or organizations
  • Do not use the service to distribute spam or unsolicited communications

6. Intellectual Property

The myPIF platform, including its design, code, logos, and documentation, is owned by myPIF and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our platform without our written consent.

7. Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain the availability of our service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

myPIF is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of myPIF is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of the EU member state in which myPIF is established.
